Return & Exchange Policy
At Maavni Design, every piece is handcrafted with care, and we ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Exchange only in case of damage: If your product arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement. No returns or exchanges are accepted otherwise.
- Unboxing video required: A clear unboxing/unpackaging video is mandatory to process any damage-related claim.
- 7-day window: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Once verified, your replacement will be shipped within 20–25 business days.
